This paper investigates finite-time stability problem of fractional-order nonlinear systems with interval time-varing delay. Based on the properties of Caputo fractional derivatives and the Laplace transform,  a delay-dependent sufficient condition for finite-time stability of such systems is established in terms of the Mittag-Leffler function and  linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The obtained results are applied to finite-time stability of linear uncertain systems with time-varying delays. A numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the obtained result.
