Purpose: VIASM and Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences will jointly organize The Second Vietnam Workshop on Graph Theory and Discrete Geometry from January 9-13, 2019. It was held the first time on September 2016 at VIASM. This year, the workshop will include 10 fifty-minute invited talks and 28 thirty-minute contributed talks.
