On August 4th, 2014, “Mathematics Meeting 2014” has opened at Lê Hồng Phong Gifted High school, District 5, HCMC. This is another activity of the National Program for the Development of Mathematics from 2010 to 2020 (NPDM), after the training school for gifted high school students in Hanoi from July 27 to August 5, 2014.

The aim of the program is to improve the knowledge for gifted high school students specializing in mathematics and to prepare for the excellent high school student contest.

VIASM Managing Director – Executive Board member of NPDM Prof. Nguyen Huu Du is presented, among other representatives of the HCMC Department of Education and Training and about 200 students from the high school for gifted students in the Southern provinces of Vietnam (from Da Nang city).

On Sunday, August 3rd, 2014 students have registered and received documents and accommodations,.. The students are excited with the Program. Wish the students the helpful knowledge of the school.
