Lecturer

Short bio: Jamal Najim received the M.Sc. degree in 1998 from Telecom Paristech and the Ph.D. degree from Université Paris Nanterre (France). He has been with the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS, France) since 2002, where he is currently senior scientist. He works in the Computer Science Lab of Université Gustave Eiffel (East of Paris). His research interests are probability theory at large, especially large random matrices and their applications to electrical engineering, large dimensional statistics, theoretical ecology, etc.
