Minicourse: Semiclassical Analysis for Schrödinger Operators

1. Objectives

We will discuss recent developments in the spectral theory of Schrödinger operators, focusing on Lieb-Thirring inequalities, Weyl’s law, and the effects of magnetic fields.

2. Participants

The minicourse is suitable for researchers in analysis and mathematical physics, graduate students, and motivated undergraduate students. Participants should have a basic background in $L^2$ spaces and the Fourier transform. Some familiarity with quantum mechanics, operators on Hilbert spaces, and Sobolev spaces is an advantage, but not mandatory
