This paper deals with problem of nonlinear observer-based control for a class of nonlinear singular fractional-order systems with bounded time-varying delay. Based on the fractional derivative calculus combined with Lyapunov function method, we derive sufficient conditions for design observer controller for such systems. A numerical example is given to illustrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed results.
