On contraction and exponential stability of continuous-time difference systems with delays

Content:By using a new approach, we derive some new general simple explicit criteria for contraction and for existence, uniqueness of periodic solution of general nonlinear delay difference systems with continuous time. Finally, we obtain some criteria for global exponential stability of the equilibrium point of the mentioned system.
Our obtained results generalize many existing results in the literature as particular cases. Some examples and simulations are given to illustrate the obtained results.
