- Each group comprises 2-7 members, including a Principal investigator (PI) and group members who are researchers in mathematics or related fields. Priority is given to groups with the majority of members not coming from Hanoi area, female researchers or those from underrepresented regions.
- The CW Group should have geographical diversity (not all researchers come from the same place), from Vietnam and/or abroad and may include graduate or Ph.D. students.
- Group members should not be part of other research groups selected to work at VIASM in 2025.
1.2. Duration of stay
- The duration of stay ranges from 3 to 5 days. All members are required to work full-time at VIASM during this period.
- Group may schedule their visit at any time in a year. However, we encourage avoiding the peak summer period from June 15-August 15).
1.3. Research topic: All topics in Applied and Industrial Mathematics are eligible.
1.4. Organization format: The program follows style of a “study group” in the form of a specialized mini-school, where members deliver a talk on topics related to the school’s theme. Attendees can include group members or external participants, attending either in person or online.
