Summary
The string arrangement of the human genome and the development of methods for collecting biological data did change the face of the field of biological research. The mathematical approach and computers are taking advantage of the availability and benefits of these data to develop new methods, promises to improve understanding and treatment of the disease.
I will describe a few approaches as well as the recent study we use a Bayesian method to integrate clinical attributes and genetics at heights to classify patients into pediatric tumors each group has the level of risk of relapse high / low difference after treatment.
This approach provides a more complete model, more accurate, and has applicability in biomedical than clinical measurement is used. Also, this approach also emphasizes the development of possible future drugs.
