Conference on Algorithms, Optimization, and Learning in Dynamics Environments - AOL 2019 was held at both Institute of Mathematics of Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology from 4th to 6th March, 2019 and Vietnam Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics on 7th March, 2019.

The conference attracted participation of 15 scientists from France, Japan and other 35 scientists from various research institutes and universities nationwide with the presentation of 6 lectures and 16 scientific reports related to a large number of topics in algorithms, optimization, machine learning as well as their applications. Some important problems such as algorithms on dynamic graphs and networks, optimization problems, risk-management related problems, optimal control, machine learning methods (Deep learning, Bayes), applications like waste collecting optimization problem, fake social media account detection, problem on quality of irrigation system of Red River basin, medical data analysis were also touched upon.
