On 21/11/2013, the third training for high school math teachers was opened at the Ly Tu Trong Highschool, Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city. This is the last training for high school teachers in the year 2013, a part of the activities of The National Program for the Development of Mathematics from 2010 to 2020 (NPDM).

There are 30 teachers in Arithmetics and Combinatorics coming from the high schools for gifted students in the Southern provinces of Vietnam (from Tay Ninh, Dong Nai to Ca Mau province).
