1. Hotel Arrangement for Vietnam - USA Joint Mathematical Meeting participants from abroad

By a special agreement with the organizer, Hải Âu (Seagull) Hotel (4 stars) has reserved a number of rooms, pre-booked, for the joint meeting participants. The (Vietnam) National Program for the Development of Mathematics (NPDM) 2010-2020 will provide support for the organizers, plenary speakers and all special session invited speakers for 5 nights, from June 9 to June 13.

The hotel is located on An Dương Vương Boulevard - the most beautiful street in Quy Nhơn city and within a few meters from the beach. Here visitors can walk on the beach and enjoy the splendor view of dawn and the silence of the sunset. Each room is furnished with a double or a twin beds and no extra rate for one accompanying person. The room rate are inclusive of buffet breakfast, wireless internet.

Hải Âu Hotel is 7 km away from the conference venue (ICISE), 12 km from Dieu Tri station, and 37 km from Phu Cat Airport. We will arrange a shuttle bus from Hải Âu Hotel to ICISE every day during the conference.

Room reservation and other lodging arrangements should be made via the local organizer (additional nights must be paid directly to the hotel). 

For booking via email, please send an email with the subject “VNUS-Hotel arrangement_Your name” to “vnus2019@viasm.edu.vn” that indicate:

- Guest information: Full name, Gender, Special Session code

- Check-in/ Check-out date

- Additional guest (optional): Full name, Gender

- Special request (Requests cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability and on a first-come-first-served basis.)

Your room will be held until your arrival on the day of your check-in. If you cancel your booking, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
