We provide several grants for participants from Vietnam and neighboring countries to partially cover travel and/or accommodation expenses. If you wish to apply for financial support, please prepare to submit the following documents (in PDF format) through the registration form:
(1) Curriculum Vitae (CV)
(2) Tentative Title and Abstract of your presentation/poster (the details can be completed later)
(3) A short motivation letter (up to 200 words)
