Wireless communication systems and computer networks often face challenges due to delays, sampling intervals, perturbations, and event-triggered mechanisms. Addressing these requires advanced techniques from control engineering, information science, and mathematics. This spring school aims to provide a comprehensive introduction to the control of time-delay systems, focusing on methods to manage delays and limitations in networked environments. The curriculum will cover network-based control under communication constraints and foundational concepts in signal processing and computer networks. These topics combine theory with practical applications, offering participants valuable insights into controlling systems with delays and network constraints. The event also aims to build a vibrant Vietnamese research community, fostering international collaborations, and supporting young researchers in time-delay systems, signal processing, and networking.

We provide grants to support young Vietnamese participants with domestic travel and accommodation costs. While we welcome international participants, our funding is limited to local expenses, so international participants should seek other sources for travel funding.
