In this talk, we show that if N is a module with finite Bass numbers and dimR/I ≤ 1, then the Bass numbers of H^i_I(N) are finite for all i ≥ 0. We also prove that H^dimN−1_I(N) is minimax if and only if H^dimN−1_I(N) has finite Bass numbers.
