In this research we establish a global version of the fractional Halanay type inequalities in both the differential and integral forms for varying bounded multi-delay. Our refined estimation with explicit decaying expo- nential/papameter and amplitude constant can be considered as a faith- ful extension of the classical Halanay inequality. The essential tool in our analysis is the so-called submultiplication of Mittag-Leffler functions, which plays the important role of the multiplication of the exponential functions in the classical theory of differential equations and furthermore, allows us to fill the gaps in previous work. Their improvements to the finite time analysis (finite-time stability and finite-time attractivity) and the Mittag- Leffler stability theory are given and compared to the other approaches.
