4. Tutorial participation fee (per session):

Note:

• The registration fee covers lunches, coffee breaks and all conference materials. It does  not include delegate travel and accommodation or the banquet.
• Vietnamese participants currently based at universities or research institutions in Vietnam (including undergraudate/graduate students)  are eligible for a special conference fee.
• Registration and payment are separate processes. You may complete the payment at any time after registering.

5. Payment Method

5.1. On-site Payment (Cash or Bank transfer by QR code are accepted)

Payment Note:

• The bank account provided for payment is denominated in VND.
• Participants can transfer the participation fee in their local currency (USD, EUR, etc.). The amount will be automatically converted into VND by the receiving bank in Vietnam.
• Please transfer an amount equivalent to the participation fee applicable to your category as announced, based on the exchange rate applied by your bank at the time of transfer.

5.3. Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card) 

A secure Vietcombank payment link will be issued according to your registration type. Once the transaction is completed, the system will display a confirmation message. 

An official receipt will be sent later by VIASM.

To proceed, please complete the short form to select your preferred payment method. Completion of registration Online payment (Credit/Debit card) this date will be considered as early registration and will qualify for the early registration rate. 

6. Confirmation 

After completing the transfer, please send a copy/screenshot of the payment receipt with the subject line [RECEIPT] and note the paid expenses clearly indicate which fees have been paid  (e.g., IASC/ISI member + banquet ticket + non-Vietnamese participants or Vietnamese participant working overseas) to the official conference email: iasc-ars2025@viasm.edu.vn. Paid participants will be listed on the conference website List of Registered Participants (Fee Paid).
