• The registration fee covers lunches, coffee breaks and all conference materials. Fees do not include delegate travel and accommodation.
• Vietnamese participants working in domestic, Vietnamese graduate or undergraduate students are eligible for a special conference fee.
• The registration fee does not include the banquet.
• Registration and payment are separate processes. You may complete the payment at any time after registering.

4. Confirmation 

After completing the transfer, please send a copy/screenshot of the payment receipt with the subject line “Receipt” and note the paid expenses (e.g., IASC/ISI member + banquet ticket + non-Vietnamese participants or Vietnamese participant working overseas) to the official conference email: iasc-ars2025@viasm.edu.vn. Paid participants will be listed on the conference website (List of Participants).
