A limited number of grants are available to support the attendance of selected participants, with priority given to young participants from Vietnam and neighboring countries. We provide several grants to cover travel and accommodation expenses. If you wish to apply for a grant, please submit the following documents in PDF format through the registration form:
(1) A Curriculum Vitae (CV).
(2) A short motivation letter.
(3) (Optional) A letter of recommendation from your supervisor/instructor.

Deadline for registration and grant application: May 1, 2024.
Notification for selected participation and grant: May 21, 2024.
