• The registration fee is US$ 200. It covers lunches, coffee breaks, workshop banquet, Ha Long bay tour and all conference materials. It does not include delegates’ travel or accommodation.

• The registration fee can be paid by cash onsite on the first day of the workshop or transfer to our bank account. For more details, please refer to the “Payment method” section on the website or contact us at: snab2026@viasm.edu.vn

• Vietnamese participants currently based at universities or research institutions in Vietnam (including undergraduate/graduate students) can get a fee waiver. If they wish to participate in the Ha long bay tour and workshop banquet, they will pay their own expenses.
