The aim of the Poster Session is to allow early career mathematicians to present and discuss about their recent activities and to network with senior mathematicians in an informal, friendly atmosphere.
Graduate students and recent PhD recipients (defended after January 1, 2015) are encouraged to apply. There will be a poster presentation session on June 12.
The Poster prize committee will present Best Poster Award(s) and several Excellent Poster Award(s) for the excellent posters.
Important Dates:
March 10, 2019: Online poster submission opens.
April 16, 2019: Poster submission closes.
April 26, 2019: Notification (via email) for accepted poster presentation.
Submit a Poster:
To be considered for a poster presentation, you must first submit an abstract of the poster and your poster for consideration by the committee. Please follow the following steps:
- Register for the conference here.
- Submit your abstract and poster online via the system.
Instructions for Poster Presenters
Graphic materials will be displayed on poster board supplied by the organizer. Since a poster format is best when your material can easily be communicated visually, text should be limited to brief statements.

Each presentation should make a unified, coherent statement.

The posters will be printed by the organizer. The poster abstract accepted will be printed in the proceeding of the conference.

Materials, both textual and visual, should be of professional quality and be clearly legible from a distance of four feet (4’~1.2m).

A0 size (33.1 x 46.8’’) poster (portrait-oriented only).
