After getting your data, we will obtain Vietnam Visa Approval Letter for you. It is a document issued by Vietnam Immigration Department (Vietnam Ministry of Public Security). It functions as an official permission allowing you to board the flight to Vietnam and get visa stamped onto the passport.

WITH THAT DOCUMENT you CAN go to Vietnamese consulate (indicated by you below) to ask for a visa. Usually you will get it very quickly (in some consulates even within an hour).

Application Guidelines for Vietnamese Visa:

* Step 1: Fill all required information in a Visa request form 

* Step 2: Send Visa Request form with the name “VisaRequest_your name” and a scan of the most important pages of your passport to our school email “”.

* Step 3: Receive a colored scanned copy of the approval letter via email.

* Step 4: Show your visa approval letter at Vietnamese Embassy and get Visa stamp.


 (*) Notes:

ASEAN Citizens of Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia and Laos holding valid ordinary passports are exempt from visa requirements and are allowed to stay for not more than 30 days; Philippines is allowed to stay for not more than 21 days; Brunei and Myanmar citizens are allowed to stay for not more than 14 days and vice versa.

UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italia, Japan, South Korea, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Russia and Finland passport holders: Visa-free entry is granted for any citizens who enters Vietnam with temporary residence duration not exceeding 15 days from the date of entry, regardless of passport types or entry purposes..
