Content:
The goal of the winter school is to introduce young people to some modern aspects of homotopy theory and its applications. One course will focus on persistent homology and applications to data sciences. Extraordinary cohomology theory, group cohomology, functor cohomology - topics that are intensively studied in Vietnam- will also be discussed. As well the workshop will present recent results both from the Vietnam school and oversea participants (from EU, UK, France, Italy), for some of them obtained in cooperation.
For young participants from Vietnam we offer several grants to cover travel and accommodation expenses. Participants from abroad are welcome but due to limited budget, we cannot guarantee full financial support.
